Adrian A. Michael MD

A native New Mexican, after attending New Mexico Tech for his undergraduate studies, Dr. Michael then completed medical school at Drexel University. He came back to New Mexico for Internal Medicine Residency and Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. He then came to Southern New Mexico to take a position at Texas Tech Health University Health Sciences Center El Paso before eventually starting his practice in Las Cruces in 2012. He has enjoyed being part of our medical community here in the southwest treating patients and teaching future medical providers about the field of Rheumatology.

Mahli M. Michael PA-C

Born and raised in northern New Mexico, Mahli Michael graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Computer Systems. After spending 2 years programming business software for large corporations both in Dallas, TX and then in Albuquerque, NM. She then returned to school to focus on a future in medicine. She attended Physician Assistant school at Philadelphia University and graduated with a Masters of Physician Assistant in 2004 and started her medical career initially in General Surgery before moving on to Plastics Surgery and finally Orthopedic Spine Surgery. Ms. Michael joined Arthritis Treatment Specialists in the fall of 2021 and has been a strong supportive addition in the treatment of Rheumatic diseases in Las Cruces, NM.
